We are moving to the new work order process called Maintenance in AppFolio.

Any open Work Orders in the prior work order system will be migrated over to the new Maintenance module in AppFolio.

To access the Maintenance module log into your AppFolio portal and click on Maintenance shown on the left hand side of the screen.

Then in the blue bar click on the Request Maintenance

  • You will also be able to see your current request as well as past requests from the Maintenance module.

Now you can enter your request along with the severity of the request and if it is causing damage as well as adding a picture. You can also indicate if you wish to be home when a technician is sent out or if the technician can enter your unit without you being there.

When you have completed entering in your request click on Submit Request.

You will then receive an email notice that you have submitted a request.

If you do not have access to an AppFolio portal you can call 612.871.2808 x5 and leave your request in voicemail. It will then be entered into the system.
